lolprintz4u.co.uk provides 3D printing services. This includes, but is not limited to, the ability to upload 3D models, request quotes, and place orders for 3D printed objects. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

4. User Content and Conduct

  • Permitted Content: You agree not to upload, post, or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.

  • Intellectual Property: You warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to use and authorize us to use all intellectual property rights in your 3D models and other content you upload. You retain all ownership rights in your content.

  • Prohibited Content: We reserve the right to refuse to print any content that we deem, in our sole discretion, to be inappropriate, illegal, or in violation of these Terms, including but not limited to content that infringes on intellectual property rights, promotes violence, or is explicit. We will not print any functioning firearms or weapons or parts of firearms or weapons. Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that uploaded files do not violate this rule, and will be held liable for any legal action resulting from such a violation, even if attempts were made to conceal or disguise the prohibited parts.

5. Orders and Payments

  • Pricing: All prices for our 3D printing services are subject to change without prior notice. We will provide a quote for your specific order, which will be valid for a specified period.

  • Payment: Payment for all orders must be made in full before we commence printing. We accept various payment methods as indicated on our website or in our communications.

  • Order Cancellation: Once an order has been placed and payment has been processed, it may not be possible to cancel or modify the order. Any cancellations will be at our sole discretion and may be subject to a cancellation fee. This is because once an order is placed and paid for, we start printing it as soon as practically possible. This means we might not be able to cancel or change it and there might be a fee to cover our costs.

6. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed with your quote.

  • Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times are provided for your convenience but are not guaranteed. AKD is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for items purchased from lolprintz4u.co.uk pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. 

7. Returns and Refunds

Due to the custom nature of 3D printing, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds unless the product is defective due to our error. If you believe your product is defective, please contact us within 30 days of receipt with supporting documentation (e.g., photos). AKD will assess the claim and, if deemed defective, may offer a reprint or a refund at our discretion.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The services and products provided by lolprintz4u.co.uk are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. AKD disclaims all warranties, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any defects will be corrected.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Alex Kimber Design Ltd. (AKD) or lolprintz4u.co.uk, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the services; (iii) any content obtained from the services; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

(AKD), lolprintz4u.co.uk, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the website and services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity.
